Why do I always have to clear my throat?
Every day at school, i have to clear my throat often. If were in a class and i havent talked for a long time, and then a teacher calls on me, i always have to clear my throat to get my voice back and its SO annoying/embarrassing. Is there any way to be able to stop, like a certain drink, or breathing style?? IDK i just want it to STOP
You probably just have a lot of phlegm being produced. I have the same thing mine is caused by irritation in my throat from my acid reflux and screaming at band practice which makes my body produce more phlegm. I would talk to the doctor if I were you.
