Is sleeping with a bra bad?
I’m 13 and uh, well it’s really hot now that it’s summer so I just sleep in a bra and underwear.
It’s an underwire but the straps and everything are pretty loose and it doesn’t leave any marks on my back or anywhere else, just I’m curious since I don’t have any really tiny tank tops to sleep in.

aaand why 6 to 8 hours? That’s like, the amount of time I’m at school.
Bra are not to be used continuously not more than 6 to 8 hrs. So it better not use while sleeping.
