Councils Revealed
Check here for periodical publications that circulate about the unfolding
of the City of Los Angeles' idea of Neighborhood Councils. If the City had
only taken the advise of those who brought this idea forward (Joel Wachs,
etc.), and studied the successful NCs across the country, all this money,
time and most importantly, good community will could have been funneled
into our neighborhoods. What a monumental distraction from our true goals!
As always, the problem lies with the fact that NCs were never meant to be
