Bulky Items on Street Create Visual Blight |

and fax the form provided a couple of days prior to your regular trash
pick up and the city employees will take your form with them to pick up
those items listed. Print or type the form. Place ALL metal items on the
"Metal Page" as these items require a different truck. Addresses
are required - if items are left outside a parking lot or undeveloped
property, use the best guess; if it's across from 1723, it will probably
be 1722 or 1720, for example.
If the item doesn't get picked up, list it again the next week with a note: "Second Week On List - please pick up." Please place your name and phone number at the bottom so that the city can contact you if they have any questions. For more information or suggestions, call 323-462-1514. |
